      Every leave request follows a consistent, auditable path — with automatic escalation if a manager is unavailable.

      Employee Requests
      Selects leave type, exact start and end times. System checks balance and policy rules instantly. Shows forecasted balance if approved.

      Team Leader Reviews
      Manager receives in-app notification. Reviews team calendar for clashes. One-click approve or reject. If TL is on leave — automatically escalates.

      HR Final Approval
      HR receives "Pending HR" request. Reviews and gives final approval. Can approve without deducting balance for special cases.

      Employee Notified
      Instant notification when approved or rejected. Balance updates in real time. Annual leave added to personal Bitrix24 calendar as an event.
      Automatic escalation: If the first Team Leader is on Sick Leave or Annual Leave, the request automatically routes to the next available Team Leader. If all Team Leaders are unavailable, all HR users receive the request simultaneously.
