Service Terms and Limitations
The Webbee Group (Contractor) provides services for configuring and implementing Bitrix24 functionality within the capabilities of the platform and the vendor's official documentation. The following terms and limitations apply:
1. Scope of Services
- Services are limited to the features and tools available within the platform and its official documentation.
- Custom development or third-party integrations are subject to feasibility and may require additional agreements.
2. System Performance and Expectations
- The contractor does not guarantee that the system's operation will meet the client's subjective expectations.
- Performance is dependent on the platform's inherent capabilities and any limitations imposed by third-party software or services.
3. Third-Party Software and Integrations
- The contractor is not responsible for limitations, changes, errors, or unstable performance of third-party software, APIs, or vendor services.
- Any issues arising from third-party updates or changes must be addressed with the respective provider.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the implementation process.
- The client must ensure that their infrastructure meets the platform's technical requirements.
5. System Updates and Maintenance
- The contractor is not liable for issues caused by platform updates, changes in vendor policies, or discontinued features.
- Ongoing maintenance and support services are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract.
6. Data Security and Backup
- The contractor is not responsible for data loss or breaches resulting from client-side misconfigurations or a lack of proper security measures.
- Clients are advised to maintain regular backups of their data.
7. Customisation and Modifications
- Customisations outside the platform's standard functionality may require additional time and resources.
- The contractor does not guarantee compatibility of customisations with future platform updates.
8. Force Majeure
- The contractor is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or vendor service interruptions.
9. Support and Communication
- Support is provided within the agreed-upon hours and channels.
- Any additional support outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
10. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as outlined in the contract.
- Upon termination, the contractor is not responsible for any further system modifications or support.
