It works with both Bitrix24 Cloud and Self-Hosted (On-Premise). The n8n workflows connect via the Bitrix24 REST API, which is available on all plans. Self-Hosted gives you more flexibility with webhooks and custom field access; Cloud works well for standard CRM workflows.
Yes. ElevenLabs ConvAI supports multi-turn dialogue — the agent maintains context throughout the call and can handle follow-up questions, redirections, and objections based on the scripted prompt. We tune the prompt and run test calls to handle the scenarios most common in your sales process. For highly complex objections or pricing negotiations, the agent can gracefully transfer the call to a human rep.
ElevenLabs supports English, Mandarin, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Portuguese, and more. Standard and Pro packages support up to 2 languages. Each language requires separate prompt engineering and testing, which is included in the scope. Start packages are single-language by default.
You own the phone number and all accounts — Twilio, ElevenLabs, and n8n are registered in your business name. Webbee has admin access for support and maintenance. If you ever choose to leave, the infrastructure is yours to take. We can also set this up on your existing accounts if you already use any of these platforms.
The first 3 months are at a fixed monthly rate as quoted. After that, the subscription adjusts based on actual usage — primarily ElevenLabs conversation minutes and Twilio call volume. Webbee's support component (2–4 hours/month) remains fixed. You receive a single monthly invoice from Webbee covering all components; we manage the individual platform costs on your behalf.
All calls are recorded and transcribed. Webbee reviews call quality as part of the monthly support hours and flags any off-script responses. The prompt is then tightened. For sensitive topics (pricing commitments, legal claims), we configure the agent to say "I'll have a team member follow up on that specifically" rather than risk an incorrect response. The agent is positioned as an assistant — it qualifies and routes, but doesn't close or commit on behalf of your business.
