The bot runs on your own AWS infrastructure via Docker. Your product data is embedded using OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small model and stored in a private Qdrant vector collection. No customer product data passes through any third-party SaaS — only the query text reaches the OpenAI API at inference time. Each customer deployment is fully isolated with its own Qdrant collection namespace.

The subscription covers AWS/Docker hosting, daily Qdrant sync operations, Webbee monitoring and support hours. OpenAI usage (inference and embedding) is billed at cost directly to your account — Webbee does not mark up AI usage. A 2,267-item full sync costs approximately $0.002. A typical conversation with product search uses roughly 1,000–2,000 tokens (~$0.001–0.002 per query at GPT-4o-mini rates).
